Account Data. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a salted hash).
Workout Data. We record exercises, sets, reps, weights, workout duration, and body weight logs that you enter in the app.
Usage Analytics. We use PostHog to collect anonymized events (screen views, button taps) to improve the app. This does not include your workout content or personal data.
Device Data. We collect anonymous device type and OS version for crash reporting and compatibility analysis.
Your data is used solely to operate and improve the app: authenticate you, display your workout history, compute personal records and streaks, and fix bugs. We never sell your data.
Your data is stored on our servers (hosted via our cloud provider). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Auth tokens are stored securely on your device using the OS keychain.
PostHog — self-hosted analytics (or EU cloud). See PostHog's privacy policy.
Cloud Provider — our backend is hosted on a cloud infrastructure provider that maintains SOC 2 compliance.
We retain your workout data and account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
You can view, export, or delete all your data at any time from the app's Settings screen. For additional requests, contact us at the email below.
If you have questions about this policy, reach us at support@athelix.fit.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
